3.1 We make every effort to display our products and their prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Store are error-free, complete, or current.
3.2 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
4.2 We accept payment through the methods indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Snout & Whisker works with international suppliers and fulfilment partners. As a result, delivery times may range from approximately 7 to 30 business days, depending on the product and your location within Australia.
5.2 Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
5.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees
6.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6.2 If you wish to return a product for a change of mind, please contact us at contact@snoutwhisker.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to the item being unused, in its original packaging, and the customer covering return shipping costs.
6.3 If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
6.4 Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the claim is approved.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Snout & Whisker name and branding, is the property of Snout & Whisker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Store without our prior written consent.
