1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery within Australia typically takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5 to 13 business days (processing + delivery).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier issues, extreme weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Snout & Whisker is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages and at different times. This does not affect the total shipping cost charged at checkout.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders
